Have you established that the newest version is supported or works in your system
The documentation says
14.3 supports
Microsoft Project 2010 SP2, 2013, and 2013 SP 1 32-bit & 64-bit, all editions
Microsoft Project 2013 Service Pack 1 will only be supported for the new CA PPM MSP driver. Updated patch information is also available from CA Support.
15.6 supports
Microsoft Project 2013, 2013 SP1, and 2016, all editions
The Microsoft Project (MSP) interface requires .NET Framework 4.5.1 or higher. MSP support includes the following limitations:
Microsoft Project 2013 is only supported with the legacy Clarity PPM MSP driver.
Microsoft Project 2013 SP1 and 2016 are only supported with the new CA PPM MSP driver and require Microsoft patches. See Microsoft Knowledge Base article KB3114739 for 2013 SP1 and KB3114714 for 2016. Updated patch information is also available from CA Support.
For Clarity PPM project dependencies information to export completely to the Predecessors column in MSP with the new driver, verify that that the same language (for example, Spanish) is selected in all the following applications:
Windows OS
MS Projects
Language Format in control panel
The problems with MSP connection are never ending. MS develops Project on its own with little or no information given ahead while the MS Project connector is developed separately. Clarity and MS Project have different logic. Sometimes the connector works better with some features sometimes not.
Test of your available options and work with Broadcom to get further with the option that seems to suit you best.
