    Dear All,

     

    We have a possible issue in the cost plan of a project. We have 3 roles created and added to a sample project- Design Consultant,Marketing , Illustrator.We provided them allocations (attached) and also defined rate matrix for the roles(say hourly rate of 100 Euro).When we try to populate cost plan from team details, we can see only the role Design consultant populated with expected values(attached), others just we see only 0.00.Only from JAN 2020 the cost are getting populated for the other 2 roles.I am not sure if there is any setting that needs to be changed.Please let me know on the possible cause of this behavior.

     

    P.S: when checked in MS Project , we can also not see any hourly rates for these 2 roles, its just 0.00.

    Please review your Rate Matrix.  For example, the Rate Matrix for those two roles may have a start/finish date that needs to be adjusted.

    Thanks for your hint. But we have already rate matrix defined for the 2 roles from 2017-2021.
