    Hi,  does anyone know what was the "discovered operational issue" that was covered in the recent maintance for "All OD Portal/SSO Enabled environments"?  Reference 200-25075 start time 20;00;00 Pacific Time 04-19-2019.

    The detail given was: "Broadcom SaaS Operations will be performing restarts to the portal services to address a discovered operational issue."  It would be helpful to understand what was changed and the impact?

    Hi Karen,


    Feedback taken and we will  improve upon it. 

    The operational issue was to address a single customer's issue with regards to certificate installation for an SSO implementation. The team responsible suggested that restarts is needed to address the issue hence we had to move forward with restart.
