Clarity Not working properly with Edge.

  • 1.  Clarity Not working properly with Edge.

    Hi All,

     

    We are on Clarity 15.3 and the version of Edge is  42.17134.1.0, well above the recommended version. But most of the times Clarity seems to be very slow and buttons clicks are not working properly. Whereas it works perfectly in IE.

    Anyone has experienced this behavior? Is there any way to overcome this issue?

    Issue is a PPM not an APM case. Moving to the correct queue so it can be addressed.

    Hi Nipun

     

    Its very much supported, i would doubt if this is browser specific. There could be performance issue and we need to look in detail. Can you log a case and we can work with you
