Statement should read:
The ‘All Open Time Periods’ feature, like we had in classic view, does not exist in New UX. This is actually a problem for administrative personnel that are chasing resource managers to get late timesheets in, to get them submitted and then approved.
We’ve had to stop our rollout of the new timesheet UX in order to build an equivalent portlet in classic view, that gives our admins the ability to see all open and submitted timesheets, from all time periods.
Of course, if one has 100% on time compliance of timesheet submission and approvals, one will not need to look back through previous periods to pressure anyone. Unfortunately, that is not our reality, yet.
If someone knows of a way to see all timesheets from all periods in New UX, please, speak up.
Also, I miss that Parthenon icon in the new UX that indicated ‘classic’ – it had obvious meaning. The new icon looks like a shortcut to a collaboration folder or some other document manager. NG. (Not good).
