Disturbance in Allocation Data in Project and Resource Page

Hi All,

 

The data value which is showing in the Project>>Team Details page and Resource>>Allocation Details page is different.

 

Ex: roshan's hard allocation for Dec month in the sample project is 40 in the project team details page but in the resource>>details page for roshan's account for the sample project is 30.

 

Please do let me know if anyone knows why the issue is causing like this .

Not certain on this, but are those two different slices?  I know the project team's page utilizes and "instant slice" that is calculated on update, but most other allocation portlets/reports utilize the standard time slices.  

 

I'd double check that your time slice definitions (specifically the *alloccurve slices) are up to date and the job is running. And, as always, double check your filters. I find that a lot of times I'm bit by the "Booking Status" filter when I see any discrepancies between different views.
