  • 1.  Dept OBS not providing suggestions

    Hi All,

     

    The Dept OBS under the Resource profile is not showing suggestions when appropriate values are provided, but the Resource OBS is showing suggestions.

     

    The Lookup used for the Dept OBS has auto suggestion enabled and name is pulled for that.

     

    After the 15.2 upgrade this is happening, Please advice if its the same scenario with others applications.

     

    App.Log-ca is sent to CA Support team and nothing is found and they tested in other 15.2 and its working as expected.

     

    Clearing the Browser , CA PPM caches and groups are done , but the issue still persists.

    App log is not supposed to show anything. App ca log will show up only the errors if you get. It could be autosuggestion is not working

    So Is there any work around? or is this any defect in 15.2 .

    I cannot exactly comments its a bug or performance issue. Its better to work via support case itself
