  • 1.  Issues faced in 15.2 New User Experience UI

    We are facing below Issues in 15.2 New User Experience UI. If anyone has solution for the same, please share your thoughts. 
    1. Unable to create new tasks, when '+ Task' icon is clicked
    2. We are able to upload document, but when the document is clicked, it redirects from SSO URL to Server URL and we could not download the file
    3. In the Project Status Summary Report page, the values are not getting saved , even after updating the status report.

    Is this only with SSO, how about without SSO. Are you able to get this done with SSO. Did you install and apply PMO

    Hi Suman,

     

    All the above mentioned functionalites worked fine in non-SSO, whereas we are facing issues in SSO.

     

    Yes, we have installed PMO for 15.2 which is in 'Upgrade Ready' status.  The PMO has been applied for the previous version 14.3.

    Hi Vidya,

     

    You need to apply atleast the lookup and queries in order for new UI and reporting functionality. Also there are integration steps with SSO you need to follow and set up certain rules for new UI and its documented here
