    Hello does anybody meet the same problem?

     

    When the issue occurs it is like this: user creates a new task - ok, user opens task properties of some task - ok, user tries to create another task and form is prepopulated with data from last opened task - NOK.

     

    Issue: login, open project, task list, create new task - result ok, from task list open created task, click return button, then from list click new button again and application will return same pop-up as property detail of previously created task. When you logout and login again, it can be reproduce.

     

    workarround for undefined time period is flush caches action.

     

    I have information from other partners that they reach the same problem in other customer environment.

    we have it on 15.1 (last patch) but from colleagues its on 14.4 (last patches)

    I've seen the population with previous data for portlets and queries in 13.3 with Chrome.

    Loging out usually solved the problem.

    Yes but it appears again if you do the same steps - view task and try to create new.

    logout-login solve it only till the time you open any existing task

    Yes, the behavior I see is different from what you see.

    Which browser does this happen on? Or is it across all browsers?

    not depending on browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

    Hi Vit,

     

    Yes it doesn't depend on the browser and we have seen few cases where multicast doesn;t work then we saw cache inconsistency, to rule out in CSA under application tab there is a "distributed" check box. This will store all cache at database and it will be performance intensive but it will rule out the multicast problem

     

    Can you try that and let us know how it goes.

    We did raise a defect but its not reproducible, so we are doing further debugging to find the cause.

    I am sorry, I missed to update this forum. We have identified this as a bug and fix is targeted for 14.4 as well as 15.1 patch. 14.4 and 15.1 patch is expected in April 17.

    Hello,

    We also have the same problem and we are waiting for the patch DE32167.

    Is it possible to receive a notification by mail when the patch will be available?

    Once the patch is available, where can we download it? And will it have an howto to install it?

    What version you are in, we have released the patch for 14.4 in late march and for 15.1 its expected soon and you will have patch announcement.

    Hi Lori,

     

    We changed our bug system and release notes were not updated with new bug number series. You will find CLRT-81774: Clicking on 'New' button on Task list page displays properties page of a previously opened task.

     

    Can you please apply the patch and let us know if you face any issues.

    Hi Lori,

     

    The patches are executable's and it's cumulative of other fixes. So no way to apply just one fix.
