    Hi All,

Have you ever met with issue that DWH job failed without any error message? Our Niku and DWH databases are available also with PPMDWH db link. Data warehouse db is accessible through SQL developer. However, when started DWH load job, it failed immediately. In our bg-dwh logs is only following in spite of we have log for "dwh" set to trace and also enabled tracing jobs:

Do you know how we can get to the error in background or what else we can check?

    Thanks,

The bg-dwh.log already gets filled completely with a single execution of the DWH job. So, I am wondering if setting the logging level at "Trace" is resulting in the error logs getting flooded out..

Do any errors get logged if you change the logging level to "Error" or "Info"..?

    Hi Jeevan,

that's the strange that any error message didn't show at logs. However with John's and your help we found it when opened Jobs -> Logs -> Clicked on Load DWH job name:

Then followed Nika's tip and our job finished successfully. Thanks to both!

    Hi,

Could you check "Data Warehouse Options" in Administration->System Options.

     Languages, Entity are defined correctly?
