  • 1.  Internal server error when clicked on properties icon on Team tab.

    Hi ,

     

    When I click on a resource Property icon It is showing me the below error.

     

     

    Internal server error the server could not retrieve the document due to server configuration or the other technical problems. contact your site administrator.

     

    This issue is with only 2 resources in 2 different projects.Do I need to raise CA Support Ticket on this.

    Which CA PPM version?

    Which browser and version?

    What does the app log say?

    Its 14.3 version, Issue can be seen in Mozilla and Chrome.
    I just want to know , how to reproduce this Issue, when the user went into Team tab and clicked on Properties Icon she is facing the Issue.

    Hi Jaya,

     

    Sorry I did not get your question, you are already reproducing the issue, next thing would be to look into the logs and see what is the error generated. You may wish to raise a support case for the same.
