    Hi,

Would "Resource Time Summary and Detail" Jaspersoft Report work for you? It does not specifically give the vacation hours, but might be worth a try.

.... or you can use a query to get that data out of Clarity.

    >> i would look for all time entries of approved / posted timesheets (in the past) that are linked to the other work(s) that represent holiday / vacations for that resource

How do you enter vacation on timesheets? Other work, vacation task(project, no entry or other?

Well it depends on how it was set up in your environment. Some clients use "other work", if all they need is just to mark it as a holiday. Some other clients use a "vacation project" if they need more functionality etc..

So there is no right answer here. It depends on how it was set up.

Agreed and so does the query as all those and maybe other ways can be retrieved with a query if you know what to query.

    Hi Sravankumar,

Another option might be to build a custom report using the Time Management domain. Refer to the following documentation for domain information:

Configure the DWH and Advanced Reporting Domains (CA PPM - OP)

Configure the DWH and Advanced Reporting Domains (CA PPM - OD)

CA PPM Advanced Reporting and Database Schema Index - CA Technologies (includes Advanced Reporting Domain Field Descriptions doc)
