Have anyone experienced black screen on CA PPM Time Manager mobile app?
It occurs before the login screen, just after taping on the app icon.
Phone model: Oneplus 5, android 8,
Operational system up to date, every other application currently used on it works with no issues,
Restored to default settings as well, still black screen occurs.
There is a defect raised with engineering:
DE37006: Mobile Time Manager not working with Android 8
This is under analysis and there is no resolution yet.
