I am looking to modify / manage a matrix in the edit matrix screen that I have attached below.
I would like to add the "description" attribute as a column in my matrix. Can someone give me a procedure for how to accomplish this?
We can only include the columns from the ASSIGN COLUMNS tab and Description is not in this.
Usually, the matrix are defined based on fixed set of values and description is usually not the same across any 2 investments and can always be modified. May I know the business use case here?

The screenshot in my above post is from the assign columns. Select the fields you want to add under the Available Section and move them to the right (Selected section) using the right arrow at the bottom.
Once you save, navigate to Edit Matrix Rows tab and you should see the newly added fields as columns.
If you are asking how to add fields that are not in the displayed Available list the answer is you cannot.
