Not visible posted transaction review action on cost plan

User cannot see action Posted transaction review on Cost plan.

Actions in general can see

General

Populate from Investment Team

Populate from Task Assignments

Submit for Approval

 

 

Portlet itself he is able to add for example on overview page.

Project edit Financial, Project - Enablefinancial, Financial process (Approve WIP adjusment, Transaction entry, Work in process), Project -  Cost plan - Edit all

 

did somebody reach the same issue?

Hi Vit,

There are 2 different Posted Transaction Review Portlet

The one which shows up under cost plan detail actions is cop.invTransactionReview. 

Can the user see both these portlets when trying to add them under overview. If not, you might want to give access to cop.invTransactionReview portlet for the user and then try it out.

Hi,

Just for testing purpose, can you please provide super user access to this user and check if the user is still missing the portlet under the CP actions?

If its still missing, then please open a case with CA Support and we will troubleshoot it.

If it shows up after giving super user access, you might want to revisit the access rights given to the user specific to this portlet.
