I had something strange happen with the time posting this past week. I completed the time posting process as normal. When I checked there was an open timesheet that was not there earlier. Somehow the resource was able to recall his timesheet. I checked the time of the action and as far I could see it occurred after time posting was done. The resource has normal team member rights and nothing other than enter time with regard to timesheets. I did not think they had the ability to adjust timesheets. The resource manager was not involved with recalling the timesheet.
Has anyone seen this before?
We can normally ADJUST a posted timesheet if we have time-enter rights - this is NOT recalling a timesheet, it is creating a new additional adjustment timesheet - (which will appear as "Open") for the same period that there exists the original POSTED one.
When the new timesheet gets APPROVED and then POSTED, then the original timesheet changes to become ADJUSTED.
