Limits in Jaspersoft

In the old CMC for Business Objects, you could control the number of instances of a particular report could be stored by using the Limit field on each report, or folder. Is there such a mechanism in Jaspersoft? I have yet to find one.

Hi Michael,

 

I haven't seen the instance stored expect the output if you want to save under any folder or get as attachments delivered to email.

I just want to make sure we do not fill up the space available with stored reports when users save them in their own folder.

It would be better to keep cleaning the scheduled output reports regularly as for immediate there is not instance saved.
