ppmjasperadmin is not creating while installing jaspersoft

All,

We have some issues with Jaspersoft installation in one of our lower environment. Hence we have uninstalled the current one. and reinstall the new version of Jaspersoft. But the new installation is not creating ppmjasperadmin user.

Could you please any one let us know, why this is happening?

Hi Agin,

 

PPMJASPERADMIN is never created while installing Jaspersoft, it gets created when you import the content. Also you need to check what you have given as input in CSA.

Hence it we need to look at cmn_install_history details, CSA what you have put in and then try to delete the cmn_install_history reference and try. 

 

Also how did this problem occur? What changes were done?

​What "import" command are you using? I am getting this error. I see no Jaspersoft command with "import" in it.

What error you are getting, you may need to run  admin update jasperParameters if you have accidentally deleted it

It really works. I have deleted the reference in cmn_install_history and retried the importing, it creates ppmjasperadmin.

As part of some sort of testing, i have exported all item from another environment and imported in to this environment. It corrupted all the things in the environment. ppmjasperadmin user is missing after importing and jobs everything getting failed. Hence i have uninstalled the jaspersoft and reinstalled it again. Then entered in to this issue
