  • 1.  Configure Semi-Monthly Time-Slices

    Why there is no option to configure Time-Slices by Semi-Monthly?

     

    Documents show how: https://docops.ca.com/ca-ppm/14-3/en/administration/configure-time-slices#ConfigureTimeSlices-CreateaTimeSliceRequest 

     

    But CA PPM doesn't. Why?

    Looks like a documentation error which should be reported to the documentation team eg John_George 

    The same seems to apply for the rollover period.

    Thanks for pointing out this discrepancy between the docs and the UI. I will verify with an SME and then make the necessary correction to the docs.

    After verifying with an SME and checking against the CA PPM UI, I have removed the "semi-monthly" option from the listed values for both Rollover Interval and Slice Period. The docs are now synchronized with the product.
