When i try to export the Hierarchy tab to the Excel . It is showing "Processing another export request. Please try again"
Could you please advice, why would we get this error.
What does the app-ca.log say?
Hope you are doing well. I would like to update you that if you are CA PPM 14.x then this is known issue that you are hitting right now. There was a defect raised for the same which is supposed to be fixed in CA PPM 15.x.

Hi Abhishek,We are using 14.3 version of CA PPM , so do you mean still this error exists for all version of 14.1 to 14.3 , In the above link telling that this is resolved in 14.4, could you please confirm on this?Thanks.
Yes JayaSantoshKumar, you will get the problem in CA PPM 14.3.
This is fixed in 14.4 patch 3 and we are no longer patching 14.3 and request you to upgrade as soon as possible.
If a export is already getting prepared in another browser tab/Window, and we choose the export to excel option in another window then the below error is displayed?
