  • 1.  Track Mobile Timesheet

    Hi All,

    My customer informed that he submitted timesheet from Mobile App but at the end of period there was his name in missing time report.

    I only found from app-system.log that user using from mobile to submit timesheet.

    How can we check  from DB or system  whether a timesheet was submitted from mobile or pc ??

    Don't think you can do that from db. However, you can check the app-access logs

    Hi Sununta,

     

    As as administrator, you can go to timesheet page in PPM and search for the particular user and see the status of the timesheet.

    So if a timesheet is opened in the mobile app a timesheet is created in Clarity. Until then it appears on the list of timesheets with no hours and there is no record in prtimesheets.

    Further actions if they are communicated back to Clarity update the status depending on the action.

    If there is a communication failure is Clarity aware of it? I think Clarity will only be aware of the latest status not of attempted failed communication.
