  • 1.  Launch a jaspersoft report from within an idea based process?

    Hello all,

     

    does anyone have an idea how to perform this action?

     

    Our customer's requirement is:  Once an idea gets approved they would like to freeze all fields and produce a Jaspersoft Report (then a pdf) to extract/show all fields (including sub-objects and cost plans) so that it then can be sent to PMO team.

    This is unfortunately not possible at this time.
    There is an idea though that you can vote for: https://communities.ca.com/ideas/235720205

    Our Product Management is reviewing the possibility to integrate the Reports to be available via actions, so please go ahead and vote for it.

    what about with 14.3 will there by any changes in the integration between PPM and Jaspersoft 6.x? Can we schedule reports to be executed and sent per email as pdf once a month for example?

    Hi Olivier,

     

    you can schedule reports within the Advanced Reporting by using the context menu option "Schedule".

    What is still pending is to reactivate the old report scheduling via CA PPM as it had been working with BO.
