Anyone came across this message, when creating a ad hoc view in the UI (via advanced reporting) sometimes the following message pops up when trying to export to excel.
error "user not registered on the report server" jaspersoft
Clarity log is:

Google did not provide any usable result.
The logs state that user is not there on Jaspersoft server? Are you running the Create Jaspersoft user job daily so that users are synced.

So it looks like the connection is getting broken while the export is taking longer, may be you have some network time out limit? Can you check the same
This is happening for the same user already for months in the system. Once in a time he is not able to export to excel. When waiting and trying again it works.
