BO reporting Query

Hi,

 

When we try and run CSP reports in one of our Dev environments, the report doesn't run, and instead the user is navigated to the scheduled reports page.

 

For example,

 

user chooses Home -> Reports and Jobs.

 

User chooses CSP report Capacity vs Allocation by OBS.

 

An egg-timer appears suggest that the Crystal Report is generating, but then the user is navigated here:

 

 

 

 

In checked the app.ca log file but saw no errors.

This is also happening with our custom reports.

 

We've tried restarting SIS and Tomcat but the same issue occurs.

 

It's not something we've seen before so I would appreciate any pointers. Thanks!

Hello,

Please check the following:

 

A) Check the Browser, for example IE 11 or Chrome.... try testing with the different browser, also please clean all the cache and then test it.

 

B) is it the only report or all the reports?

 

C) if using any customize screen?
