Hi Nazia,
It's definitely not recommended to move CA PPM Reports out of the CA PPM folder and Organization.
This will create issues with running the reports (the organization tenant is used to connect from CA PPM to Jaspersoft in order to run the reports), upgrades (reports will not be upgraded), report fields updates, etc.
We recommend you to leave the CA PPM Reports where it is, and if you need the same reports outside of the organization, you may simply copy the OOTB reports and use them in a different folder. Please note that this folder will not be upgraded, so any updates to the reports will not be done, and they may not run from CA PPM if they are outside of the Organization set up in CSA.
