Jasper Studio Fields

Hi All,

 

I was facing the following error while creating a new report in Jasper Studio.

When i try connecting to a domain, i am able to add only fields from one able.

As soon as i select field/s from 1 table, all other tables are greyed out.

First of all designing reports based on domain is not a best practice as it has performance overhead, you may wish to take a look at our report development guide for detailed steps.

Hence you suggest to use the existing domains to build new reports,

No, I am requesting you to write a SQL to build studio reports, you can use domain to build adhoc views.
