  • 1.  Where does the Logs get saved in Clarity.

Hi All, we usually navigate to this link to see the Logs (/niku/nu#action:security.logs) . where does the Error Log messages get stored in Clarity. Do they get stored in any Tables?

    Thanks,

    Santosh.

Not on any tables ; the files should be on your APP server though, in the "logs" directory under where the software was installed.

Hello David, Can we access that Folder/Directory(Files in Folder) through Gel-script.

    Regards.

The directory is on the application server, so as long as the GEL script is running on the same server I would think so.

If the GEL script is running on a different server (i.e. your BG is on a different server to your APP) then you might have problems, but you could probably work around those with the help of your network admins.

Its really a network question specific to your network rather than a GEL/Clarity question though.

You can also access the logs via the browser.

    Login with admin account

Change the action at the end of the URL to: action:security.logs

    I.E. http://<SERVER_NAME>/niku/nu#action:security.logs
