    We are currently migrating from Service Desk 12.7 to Service Desk 14.1.

    We are also migrating from Clarity 12.0 (Service Pack 3) to  CA PPM (Clarity) 14.2.

    Our management wants a decisive answer as to where the organization's resources will claim their time utilization (labor claiming).

    What should be the best CA product to perform labor claiming: 

    1. Service Desk 14.1  or
    2. CA PPM (Clarity) 14.2

    I would go for CA PPM (Clarity) because then you have everything in one place and saves a major amount of Support team's time
