    We are installing CA PPM 14.2 and would like to know if the following add-in /features will be included without additional costs:

     

    1. PMO Accelerator add-in
    2. IT Service Management
    3. BRM Accelerator

    Hi,

     

    Yes PMO accelerator, Business Relationship Manager addins are included in the regular 14.2 Clarity installation.
    The addin install files are included in Clarity filesystem, so you will only have to run additional commands to install them after you successfully complete Clarity PPM installation.
    IT Service Management is included in the base install of 14.2, no install action needed, but you may need to additionally install BRM (above) for more features such as portlets etc. Also ensure you provide the proper rights to it in Clarity prior to testing.

    Hi Michael,

     

    Some of the Applications functionality will be available in 14.2, yes, as existing functionality.

    A new APM addin feature is coming with the new release of Clarity 14.3, check the documentation out at you convenience:
