  • 1.  Clarity-MSP install

    we are trying to install Clarity-MSP package for Clarity v13.3. Clarity-MSP package V13.3 installs MSP add-on that requires the users to have admin rights at the time of install. users have to install the add-on with their user account. so, add-on cannot be installed by an admin and propagate add-on install to users of laptop.  Due to this, we unable to completely automate the software package install. Any ideas on how to automate add-on install?

    Similar problems with OWB which were solved by an install script which handled that.

    Don't recall exactly how that did it. Either elevated the users rights or wrote the required registry entries.

    I should expect such a script would be normal for IT dept.
