    Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with MS-Project and CA PPM Plugin. My problem is strange because in some workstations the integration works and others not. I tried to install the same configuration of Java, Net Framework and Visual Tools 2010 but still dont work. The solution i gave is to reinstall MS-Project 2010 in those workstations.

    I'm using CA Clarity PPM 14.3.0.298 07 25.

Workstation with the problem is a Windows 8.

Any ideias to resolve this issue with MS-Project 2013?

Sorry, i forgot to put this information.

In some workstation, when i save to clarity from ms-project plugin i dont have no error message but when i re-open the schedule, duration, effort and allocation is 0.

I'm using the recommendatory settings from MS-Project and Integration.

    Cannot help with that.

So it is only on OS. Is it always the same workstation?

    Did reinstall help?

Are the user permissions the same?

Is the folder structure regarding MS Project, its temporary files and the plug nit the same and the user permissions in them the same?

Is it more than one project and are  subsequent saves successfull?

I tried reinstall but without success.

I think is a problem with some machines. i'm verifying the configuration and updates of Windows and Office.

Can you check your MSP 2013 version (File > Account > About)? For 14.3, anything equal or higher than the February 2016 update (15.0.4797.1000) is known to have important issues due to a change in code.

If you have auto-updates for MSP, please disable them. Officially supported version for your PPM 14.3 is MSP 2013 SP1 with no other update (15.0.4569.1504). Make sure that you use this version when testing the integration using MSP 2013.

As additional information, you can check How do Microsoft Project monthly patches impact CA PPM?
