  • 1.  Jaspersoft Reporting 'Home' icon link not working

    Hi Team,

     

    We have upgraded to 14.2 Clarity, when we are clicking on 'Advance Reporting'(In Clarity) link and then Home icon under Jaspersoft window we are getting 'Page cannot be displayed error' in IE, while all other links are working under the Jaspersoft Window.

     

    When we tried the same in Stand Alone Jaspersoft Webapp it seems to work.

     

    Could you please help in this ?

    Hi Anant,

     

    The error looked like its unable to resolve the DNS, how many application server you have. Also I believe under reporting in CSA you have filled the fully qualified domain name and when it is coming via CA PPM its unable to find the DNS. Can you check by running the NSlook up that your URL which can contain IP or fully qualified domain name able to parse the nslookup.

    Hi Suman,

     

    We have the same problem with CA PPM 15.2 and Jaspersoft, when we click on "Home" button we  are getting 'Page cannot be displayed error' in IE.

     

    We have many applications servers, what can we do for using "Home" Jaspersoft button from CA PPM ? Thank you.

    Can you check the Jaspersoft URL if there is trailing space at the end. Also we need to know how your jaspersoft and PPM is integrated
