Clarity

Hi Experts,

• I am using MSSQL sever 2014 enterprise edition 
• apache tomcat 8 for application server
• apache tomcat 7 for jasper server
• java1.8

I have configured Jasper server on nsa which is running fine individually on the other server.and ran the create user job successfully

and restarted the services.Even after that also I am not able to find the advanced reporting link under home tab.What might be the reason.??

For the user in question, did you give them the Navigation rights inside PPM itself?  All the actions you've taken are for the enabling of Jasper for the systems to integrate but you still have to grant/deny individual users in Clarity access to use it:

As this is a 'global' right, that user (if already logged in) will have to logout and log back in again in order for their permissions to refresh and pick up the new setting.

But it is not showing any advanced reporting global rights ..nothing related to advanced reporting

I have gone through the same steps but still in dark

.The organisation and default users are created in jasper server.

In application System Options Advanced reporting URL is showing

Menu Manager is not showing in applications Admin Tab

In resource access rights I cannot able to find anything related to advanced reporting

So I will explain the whole steps I followed for installing Advanced reporting

1. Run Install.bat
2. Complete NSA configuration and it shows available
3. add jasper content using the command  admin content-jaspersoft csk -userName superuser -password <password> - D
4. Generate the Key Store File using admin jaspersoft keystore and copied it to Jasper's webbapp config folder
5. Ran CreateUpdate JasperSoft User Job

DB Configuration

databse name :PPM_JASPERSOFT

Login : JasperSoftUser

Any silly mistakes am doing??

May be some rights are missing, can you go to global access rights and add all the rights to see if this fixes.
