Where is the Project Dependecies View (Filter)?

On a project, there is a Dependencies view where a user can add dependent projects.  I need to update this Dependencies filter; however, I can't find the view.  I searched the obvious Project object and Investment object.  Does anyone know how I can find this view so I can modify it?

That is part of the project default layout page, but I do not know how you get to modify that in a supported manner.
