We have to modify some PMO accelerator reports via Jaspersoft Studio 5.6.1, and use this modified reports in Clarity v 14.2.
After creating the users in Clarity and in Jaspersoft web client with all recommended rights, i tried to connect Jaspersoft studio to, the Jaspersoft server. In rersult i have this error ( see the attachment also) :
My users have the good passwords and rights.
Any idea about this issue ?
This error is nothing to do with the report modification but you are unable to login to Jasper studio, can you take a look at the technical document http://www.ca.com/us/support/ca-support-online/product-content/knowledgebase-articles/tec1886297.aspx
The change is checking the Soap Protocol.
