Does CAPA have a way of storing results from people taking the assessments/quizzes? I would like to start implementing Know it? but if I can't report on the results, it might not be as useful as I'd like (unless I can import quizzing into our LMS system...I'll talk to those folks to see about that from their end).
Any experience to share?
If you set up the questions in CAPA, then yes it is reported on via the LMS. It really depends on your LMS system, but I found our LMS difficult to use the assessments from within CAPA as it would not correctly capture results and record them/mark topic complete. But other systems may be better (we have
CAPA itself (as in within Clarity) does not have a reporting tool. There is something called CAPA Document Manager (I think?? )but it is separate. When I asked CA about it, the person (who is their lead expert) said almost never used by clients, especially since it an extra cost + extra resources (servers, etc) -- something like that.
correction.. it is called the Pro-Edition and referencing the knowledge center not doc manager.
