    Hi. I want to understand skills/ gap analysis in clarity. Can anyone help?

     

    Also, is there any Out of box portlet on skills (of resources)?

     

    Also, read somewhere about Skills self-reporting: Distributes the reporting of skills and interests to employees themselves, ensuring that your company’s skills inventory is maintained without significant overhead. How can this be achieved?
