  • 1.  Resource Integration Adaptor

    I recently found a Flipboard article posted a few weeks ago about the CA PPM Integration Adaptor - Import Resources Using the CA PPM Integration Adaptor | CA PPM Cookbook.  I also have seen this information in the CA PPM Wiki - https://wiki.ca.com/display/CCPPMOD142/Integration+Adaptor, but I have been unable to find this in any recent environment I've worked with.

     

    Does anyone have any information on how to activate the Adapter so that it can be used?

    Hi Nathan,

     

    The Resource Integration Adapter is only available to our On Demand customers at this time.  If you are an On Demand customer, this utility should be enabled by default.

    Hi Jeanne -

     

    Thank you so much for your response! I appreciate and fully understand that this should currently only be available for On Demand customers.  One thing I can tell you though is I don't think it is enabled by default. Fortunately, this add-in wasn't needed, but I noticed that for two very recent On Demand implementations (14.2), I cannot find this add-in enabled or installed (in Administration > Studio > Content Add-Ins) for any of their environments (DEV / PROD).
