  • 1.  Converting Ideas permissions

    Hi,

    We have 3 groups configured in Clarity and only one is not able to convert Ideas into Projects.

    We've been comparing the permissions of this 3 groups, but couldn't figure out how to set the permissions for converting Ideas.

    Some one could help us?

    Hi,

    Check for differences for the below mentioned .

     

    Ideas - View all; Ideas - Navigate

    Project - Create; Projects - Navigate

    The Project - Create permission was the clue.
