  • 1.  14.2 patch 1 query

    Hi guys,

     

    I was advised by CA to install this patch to see if it resolved a couple of issues we were having.

    It all went ok. But now when I try to search for the Load DWH job it's like it isn't there any more!

     

    Both DWH and Jaspersoft are configured correctly and are showing as 'Available' in the NSA.

     

    Has anyone else noticed similar?

    Are the jobs not available in the inactive mode from admin side?

    Hi Suman,

     

    yes that was the first thing I thought of as I read in the Release Notes that the Load DWH job is disabled in the beginning. But when I filter for inactive jobs it doesn't appear either:

    Strange, I will do a test by applying 14.2 patch 1 and will let you know in a days time.

    Hi Suman,

     

    Nika just sent me a mail regarding same issue.

     

    I need to go to Administration -> Reports and Jobs and look for Load DWH and Load DWH Access Rights. Both jobs are in the list and can be enabled here.

    Thanks, yes the jobs are initially needs to be enabled from the Administration side. I meant the same and its documented in the install guide too.
