Is there a way to tell if a project has EVER been opened in OWB Open WorkBench. I'm looking for a database table that may have records of when and who opened a project from clarity to OWB.
Any help is much appreciated.

OWB table for opened Projects
Thanks for the reply but not exactly. The Prlock table only tells you if the project is CURRENTLY opened in OWB. I'm wondering if there is a table that stores if a project has been open in OWB in the past (not just in the moment)
There is no such table or field that I am aware of.
There are last updated date and updated by fields in the project and task tables, which I think relate to when something was saved, but they do not make a difference how to update was done.
If you think of it in Clarity you would perhaps edit a small number of fields at a time while when using a shceduler or doing schedule in the browser you might be saving a large number of edits within a small time frame say less than a minute. Though OWB might just save delta and not write everything back to the database. But again no differentiation between the schedulers or browser.
You could develop some analytics to see if there is a trend in the last updated fields of project data, but out of the box there is nothing.
ok, Thank you. We just wanted some analytics about how many PMs were using OWB or not.
One further thing. There is the scheduler format field for projects. Depending how your system is set up there is a fain possibility that it might give some information E. The default is MS Project. If that is left as it it then to open a project in OWB would require in most cases that to be changed to OWB.
However, if your system is set up so that it is OWB for all then that does not help. Neither does it help in the case where the user do not launch projects from Clarity to the scheduler, but open the from OWB directly.
Thanks urmas. Yes, we have in fact flipped all projects and defaulted them to OWB as that is the scheduler of choice for the client. Thanks again for the responses
