Exceeded Licence count - CA Clarity PPM

Hi ,

 

Assuming that I have been provided with 100 Full Licenses at the beginning and now there is a requirement to increase the count to 200.

 

So, how do I go about getting more licenses ?

 

Also, for instance if the full licence count is surpassed then will the system behave as usual or it will show some problems?

 

 

Note : I am trying to increase my knowledge base but am not in a position to do experiment first. So , it would be really helpful if someone can share the insights or experiences here

You talk to your CA account manager who will be happy to sell you 100 more licenses.

 

The system behavior is not connected to the number of licenses purchased or the actual number of licenses used.
