  • 1.  Process Action item - Reassignment

    Posted Sep 29, 2014 12:36 PM

    Hello All,

Process generates an action item to a resource field on project. But the resource field is empty. So the process throws a application error at that point of execution. When I click on [reassign] option it lets me assign a resource (active). But the process gets stuck there and doesn't proceed. Can anybody confirm this behavior?

    Regards,

    AK

    Hello AK,

After you reassigned an active resource, did you click on "Retry"? If even after retry the process doesn't move, you may be hitting on a known Clarity issue.

CLRT-75811 - If a process fails with message "BPM-0532: There are no assignees to send the action item to." process will not move any further after reassigning the action item and retrying the step. This issue is currently under review by CA Development Team.

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Is this CLRT-75811 bug fixed?

We are using 13.3 version, but still we are getting same failures. Could you please help on this. Thank You.

    Hi Subba,

From the latest update I can see the bug is still open.
