We are planning to upgrade from our current version of Clarity (12.1.3) to version 13.3 in the first quarter of 2015. To prepare for the upgrade, we are moving all financial processing after Post to WIP to PeopleSoft Contracts. We are going to have an interface that will send transactions after they go through the Post to WIP process to PeopleSoft. Because of this, projects and resources will still have to be financially enabled. We are looking to stream line the financial setup throughout Clarity so we are looking for places we can default any fields within the financial setup.
If anybody has any ideas that might be helpful, we would appreciate it greatly.
Btw, we have entity based security turned on so our different entities do not see each others information.

2. For admin financial set up, you can have pre-defined cost plan defaults (grouping)
