Portfolio plan vs Project scenario

When I need to move project in portfolio because of resource shortage its ok only when I want to move project as is.

Is there any way to do it on task level? Create scenario with only one task changed start and finish time and the rest tasks will stay as is? But still in regime of What if.

Hi Vit,

Normally at a portfolio level, the "what if" does not go into such detail.

You can play with the role demand by clicking on the investment then clicking the role demand tab.

Then adjust the role demand of the project for that plan.

 

I'm sure you have picked it up but you can also add in specific roles and have an aggregate of this displayed to highlight the issues.
