JRE Bundled with the Open Workbench Setup
Starting this release, Oracle JRE is bundled with the Open Workbench setup. When you install the interface, the supported version of JRE is installed automatically in the Schedule Connect installation directory.
Open Workbench uses only the internal JRE version. This approach eliminates issues that arise when the workstation Windows installation of the JRE is not the correct version or the JRE is missing. An IT department no longer has to update a JRE version when deploying the Open Workbench.
