  • 1.  Open Workbench Error

    We are receiving an error message when trying to open up a plan that has existed in Open workbench and Clarity for the past year.  The error is Unable to open Project 15591.  The value is outside the bounds of the specified minimum and maximum.  We were unable to open via Clarity or Open Workbench. 

    Not sure how to resolve.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for sending these links along.  Unfortunately the fixes listed did not work.  The Completion Calculation Method is Manual.  All Completion % are 100%.  All dates on the plan are either 2013 or 2104.  I went in and completed each task (in Clarity).  The Completion % is set to Manual.  This is the only plan this is happening on.  I could not find anything out of the ordinary.
