  • 1.  Assign a Service automatically

    Hi,
    We're trying to automate the process of assignment of a Service when a user is Created.

    Now, to assign a service, we manually have to do this:
    Service -> Request and View Access -> Search and select a Service
    Then Request Access -> Search and select a User -> then Save Changes

    We need to automate the process, so when a user is created, the services is assigned automatically.

    We have't found a way to achieve this via Policy Xpress.

    - Does anyone know a way to do this?

    Version: CA Identity Manager 12.6 sp8

    I would suggest to send SOAP request from PX Policy (after Create User Task is completed)
