Mandatory comment during approval stage

Hi Team,
Identity Suite 14.3 vapp.
Customer is asking whether the comment field can be set as mandatory during approval stage ?
Before a request is Approve or Reject, comment field need to be fill up with value.

Is it possible to set ?

IN IM you can turn in on or off, but not there is no setting out of the box for it to be mandatory.

you can set custom validation on the approval screen though.

There is no comment field in the Approval screen task.
