Identity Portal: Allow approver to modify data in a Portal Form

Hi,

We implemented a workflow using Identity Manager and Portal.

When the process is started into an identity portal access rights module the user can select a right and an expiration date.

The approver receives a workflow to be managed.

It can view request details, but customer requirement is that he should be able to eventually change the expiration date.

Unfortunately, the form seems read only.

Is there any possible configuration to make it editable?

Please not that same approval job on IM can be used to change the expiration date.

Any hints ?

Hi Fabrizio,

Did you map the approval task to the portal?  If you have done that, then create a form for the approval task, and include the expiration date as an editable field.  Then, you should be able to update the value in the form.

your suggestion worked !

After I mapped the approval task and create a form, a new tab named Process Information has appeared

The first tab (Request Information) show original  request data where on the second one approver can change expiration date.
